Manuel is the founder of Confidence Concierge and the person behind its vision: a Los Cabos service company built on genuine relationships and butler-standard care rather than call centres and commissions.

His approach is rooted in true private-butler service — anticipating what a guest needs before they ask, and handling it seamlessly and discreetly. Rather than confining himself to one lane, Manuel works across every part of the guest experience: first contact and client relations, restaurant and yacht reservations, itinerary planning, and the careful pre-arrival groundwork that means a guest is expected and everything is already in place when they land.

He holds himself to ultra-luxury concierge and butler standards — the discretion, the attention to detail, the quiet anticipation and follow-through that separate genuine high-touch service from a simple booking. That standard is exactly what he built the company around.

Above all, Manuel treats confidentiality as non-negotiable. What a client asks for, who they travel with, and the details of their stay remain entirely private — a level of trust and discretion that defines how he and the whole team work.

Born and raised in Los Cabos, Javier has witnessed — and helped shape — the region's evolution into a world-class luxury destination. His career has grown alongside that transformation.

He built his career at Montage Los Cabos, joining the property's inaugural team and spending nearly six years there. He progressed into the role of private butler and ultimately Residential Concierge, developing a deep mastery of high-touch, anticipatory service and the private client relations that define true ultra-luxury hospitality.

He later joined Ohana Realty de México as Residential Coordinator, and after two years was promoted to Sales Operations Manager at Ohana Realty Corp, contributing to the growth and positioning of the Twin Dolphin master plan and its components — including Montage Los Cabos, Twin Dolphin Club and the Maravilla community.

Since 2022 he has continued expanding his expertise in luxury lifestyle management and personalised service. That chapter also inspired him to create Cardón Luxury Management & Leisure, a concept designed to showcase the finest luxury, style and comfort Los Cabos has to offer through bespoke experiences and insider access. Today he remains committed to elevating luxury living here by blending hospitality, real estate and lifestyle into meaningful, high-value experiences.

Kevin's career in professional concierge services built something that can't be shortcut: a network of activity providers, restaurant partners and local operators earned one good experience at a time.

At Confidence Concierge his role is knowing who to call and how to call them. When a request comes in — a table on a Saturday night, an experience that's supposedly fully booked, something arranged at short notice — it goes to someone he has worked with personally, not to a directory listing or an unknown third party.

That distinction is the difference between a request being submitted and a request being handled, and it's the foundation of how the company operates.

Daniel's world is the water. His experience across yacht charters and private boat experiences comes with something more valuable than a supplier list: direct, personal relationships with captains and operators throughout the Los Cabos marina.

He handles everything from a sunset sail to a full-day sport fishing charter, matching the right vessel and crew to the group, the occasion and the conditions on the day — an insider's read of the sea that no booking platform can replicate.
