Confidence Concierge grew out of a simple observation: the best experiences in Los Cabos come from knowing the right person, not booking through the right app. And between us, we already knew those people.
Our team came up through the bellman and butler ranks of branded residences, through professional concierge operations, through the marina and charter world, and through hospitality sales and reservations. Separately, those are useful skills. Together, they cover almost everything a visitor or homeowner here actually needs.
We're not a booking platform and we don't have a catalogue. We have phones, relationships, and contacts for the situations that actually matter — and we respond the same day.
Born and raised in Los Cabos, Javier has witnessed — and helped shape — the region's evolution into a world-class luxury destination. He began in tourism at Los Cabos International Airport before joining JW Marriott Los Cabos, then became part of the inaugural team at Montage Los Cabos, spending nearly six years progressing from bellman to butler to Residential Concierge. He later served as Residential Coordinator and Sales Operations Manager at Ohana Realty Corp, contributing to the Twin Dolphin master plan, Montage Los Cabos, Twin Dolphin Club and Maravilla. Since 2022 he has continued refining his expertise in luxury lifestyle management, and founded Cardón Luxury Management & Leisure — a concept dedicated to bespoke experiences and insider access in Los Cabos.
Kevin's career in professional concierge services built a network of activity providers, restaurant partners and local contacts that most visitors spend years trying to find. His role is knowing who to call and how to call them — ensuring every request is handled by someone we've worked with personally, never pulled from a directory.
Daniel's world is the water. With deep experience in yacht charters and private boat experiences, and direct relationships with captains and operators throughout the Los Cabos marina, he handles everything from a sunset sail to a full-day sport fishing charter — with an insider's understanding of the sea.
Manuel manages first contact — the outreach, reservations and careful pre-coordination that ensure every experience runs smoothly. Working in sales and operations within Los Cabos hospitality and property, he brings hands-on experience in restaurant bookings, client relations and property verification, with a personal network across the yacht and hospitality industries.
