Born and raised in Los Cabos, Javier has witnessed — and helped shape — the region's evolution into a world-class luxury destination. His career has grown alongside that transformation.

He began in tourism at Los Cabos International Airport, where a passion for service took hold early. That led him to hospitality at JW Marriott Los Cabos as a bellman, and then to the inaugural team at Montage Los Cabos, where he spent nearly six years progressing from bellman to butler and ultimately Residential Concierge — building a deep foundation in high-touch service and private client relations.

He later joined Ohana Realty de México as Residential Coordinator, and after two years was promoted to Sales Operations Manager at Ohana Realty Corp, contributing to the growth and positioning of the Twin Dolphin master plan and its components — including Montage Los Cabos, Twin Dolphin Club and the Maravilla community.

Since 2022 he has continued expanding his expertise in luxury lifestyle management and personalised service. That chapter also inspired him to create Cardón Luxury Management & Leisure, a concept designed to showcase the finest luxury, style and comfort Los Cabos has to offer through bespoke experiences and insider access. Today he remains committed to elevating luxury living here by blending hospitality, real estate and lifestyle into meaningful, high-value experiences.

Kevin's career in professional concierge services built something that can't be shortcut: a network of activity providers, restaurant partners and local operators earned one good experience at a time.

At Confidence Concierge his role is knowing who to call and how to call them. When a request comes in — a table on a Saturday night, an experience that's supposedly fully booked, something arranged at short notice — it goes to someone he has worked with personally, not to a directory listing or an unknown third party.

That distinction is the difference between a request being submitted and a request being handled, and it's the foundation of how the company operates.

Daniel's world is the water. His experience across yacht charters and private boat experiences comes with something more valuable than a supplier list: direct, personal relationships with captains and operators throughout the Los Cabos marina.

He handles everything from a sunset sail to a full-day sport fishing charter, matching the right vessel and crew to the group, the occasion and the conditions on the day — an insider's read of the sea that no booking platform can replicate.
